RUby Daliva, B.A.Co-Founder, CEOIn 2008, I graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology from California State University of Northridge (CSUN). After I graduated I took a job as a Behavioral Therapist/Interventionist in homes and schools helping children of different ages with autism and a variety of other diagnoses. I've trained, as well as, supervised parents, staff, and other personnel to implement strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis, Pivotal Response Training, Incidental Teaching, and VBMAPP. I've also written programs to implement strategies for skill acquisition such as compliance, potty training, food rigidity, verbal behavior, and more. This was under the guidance of a BCBA Clinical Director. In addition, I completed courses in special education at Pasadena City College. I am currently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology for Applied Behavior Analysis and in the process of getting a BCBA.
